About Us

Who We Are?

We are a grass roots public movement with a Non-Profit Organization, The World Interdependence Fund, dedicated to urgently forging excellent, universal health care, system-change policy CALTCHA model, a precursor to legislation, that will identify and eliminate the underlying structural, administrative intermediary, ethical and cultural biases in the healthcare system in the state of California while annually saving tens of billions of the public’s dollars to:

  • Guarantee all residents of CA possession of comprehensive, top quality, lifetime health care, and essential social determinant services.
  • End all out-of-pocket personal and family costs with no financial barriers to healthcare.
  • Assure free choice of any CA licensed health care provider with no limited networks.
  • Transform, expand and diversify the entire healthcare workforce.
  • Establish service priority setting neighborhood assemblies to each of the 61 CA local Public Health agencies.
  • End fear, insecurity, adverse and disparate health outcomes among racial, ethnic, indigenous, impoverished, and isolated people.
  • Decentralize and reorganize hospital and clinic care, access, and delivery to home and communities.
  • Return ownership of healthcare from the corporate medical industry, greed-driven, privatization of services in California to the public, and more!
